Turkey wears size chart
Turkish clothes use European sizes, so a label says 40 or 46 instead of 12 or 18. The chart below gives the usual conversion to UK and US sizes, which is how most shoppers in Nigeria know their size. Find your usual UK size in the middle column, then read across to the Turkish number.
Treat it as a starting point. Brands cut differently, and a Turkish 44 from one label can fit like a 42 or a 46 from another. When you message Winnie, give her your usual size and, if you can, your bust, waist and hip measurements in inches or centimetres. She can check the pieces against them before you choose.
This chart is a general conversion. It is not a list of the sizes Winnie has in; those change with every batch. Ask her what is in your size now, and if you are between sizes, say so, and she will tell you which way a piece runs.

Questions people ask

- How do I measure myself?
- Measure round the fullest part of your bust, the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips, with the tape level and snug but not tight. Send Winnie the numbers with your usual size.
- Do Turkish clothes run small?
- Some labels do and some do not. Tell Winnie your measurements and she can compare them with the piece you like.
